The NGfL is hosting an on-line environment challenge to support National Science Week 2002. Participants can take part in activities on and off line, including quizzes, games and experiments. There are materials suitable for under 11s, 11- to 16-year-olds and adults, focussing on waste and recycling, energy and conservation. Everyone who finishes the challenge will be given a special certificate.

Saskatchewan Education publish this web site which is a Physics course for school age students.

This site contains information and activities on energy for children aged 8 to 14. The main topics covered are energy in buildings, energy and the environment and energy sources. There are also notes for teachers and links to other energy and environmental sites.
